Mark has worked in IT since about the age of 4, and he has vast experience in almost every aspect of the IT industry of the last 20 years. He has a unique ability to identify the customer needs quickly and communicates without talking in ‘Techobaffle’

He wrote his first commercial software aged 14, and after leaving college with a BTEC National Diploma in Computers he quickly found work as a helpdesk technician for AZ-TEC. Within 6 months he became the Senior Support Technician.  He worked for various IT Companies through 90s, and gained a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE).

In 2000 he set up on his own, developing business database software, and providing a home-call ‘PC Doctor’ Service.

In 2006 he developed a ‘Workflow Management Solution’ for Code Blue Group.  This software runs every aspect of Code Blue’s publishing business from start to finish, from initial sales orders, studio managements to raising invoices and seamless integration with Sage® Accoounting Software

He now heads Code Blue Technologies, part of the Code Blue Group, and together strive to make businesses, like yours, much more effective and efficient.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys life with his young family, and is a keen photographer. He also helps coach and run, Silsden AFC’s – under 9s junior football team.

Dan has done IT since secondary school completing a GSCE and an A Level in the subject. In 2009 he graduated from University of Leeds with a Master in Electronic Engineering.  A highly talented, technician,

From starting at Code Blue in 2010 he had learnt the new database development software and created working solutions within a matter of a few months. All while providing remote support for our clients.

After passing his driving test he had become more of an asset to the company. Expanding from his remote support to providing pleasant and friendly on-site support with our clients.

Outside of work, he is a Polish Scout’s leader, running two weeks camp and hikes for the Scouts.
